FEGIME DAY 2023

The sixth edition of the Fegime Group International Day was celebrated at the Face Convention Center on June 16, 2023.

EURO VIAL LIGHTING JOINED FEGIME GROUP

Electrical wholesale company Euro Vial LIghting joined Fegime Group. Fegime Romania has now five independent companies (Consolight, Electroglobal, Eurovial, Levirom și Power Electric), with a total sales turnover of 150 million EUR and 500 employees.

FEGIME DAY 2019

The fourth edition of the international day of the Fegime group was celebrated at the Face Convention Center on June 28, 2019.

The event was attended by all the employees of the Fegime members as well as the representatives of the group’s partners (Signify, Gewiss, Schneider Electric and Eaton).

Fegime Romania WAS ELECTED IN the Board of Directors

For the first time since the founding of the Fegime Group, Romania joins the Board of Directors.

At the General Assembly held in Copenhagen on March 2019, Mr. Florin Niculae, President of Fegime Romania, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Fegime group internationally.

ELECTROGLOBAL joins Fegime Group in Romania

Fegime Romania has now 4 independent family owned companies (Consolight, Electroglobal, Levirom and Power Electric), with a total sales turnover of 70 mil. Euro, 12% market share, more than 350 employees and branches in nine cities.

FEGIME AT THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE ROMANIAN ASSOCIATION OF MUNICIPALITIES

On June 29, 2018, in Constanta, Fegime Romania attended the General Assembly of the Romanian Association of Municipalities. In the presence of more than 60 mayors of Romanian municipalities, representatives of the Fegime group presented “Smart lighting for the cities” within the General Assembly. At the end of the event, Fegime Romania made a real-time demonstration of the functioning of an intelligent lighting system in the inner courtyard of the Administrative Palace in Constanta.

Fegime becomes global

At their General Assembly in Munich the members of FEGIME unanimously voted to accept the application for membership of Grupo REDELEC Argentina S.A. Their membership will start from 01.01.2019. But the new colleagues’ ambition does not stop here. In the near future they want to expand not only nationally but also internationally on the South American continent. To accommodate this, the new organisation’s name will be FEGIME LATAM.

NEW FEGIME MEMBER IN DENMARK

At their General Assembly in Sicily the members of FEGIME unanimously voted to accept the application for membership of the Danish independent wholesaler “Brødrene A & O Johansen A/S” as new Fegime member from 01.01.2018. Through the addition of Denmark the number of FEGIME member countries will increase to 18.

FEGIME MEMBERS REPRESENTS CIMCO IN ROMANIA

Since August 2016, the Fegime group members represent CIMCO in Romania.

Since its foundation in 1827 the CIMCO Werkzeugfabrik is one of the leading manufacturers and distributors for the traditional tradesperson. Now managed by the sixth generation, the company has always remained true to its philosophy of making tools which meet the highest possible requirements of professionals. This requires the use of the best possible materials, professional workmanship and quality control as well as the continuous adjustment to individual customer needs and new technological challenges.

FEGIME group is growing and appoints Costin Cunesteanu as General Manager

After Fegime group of electrical equipment wholesalers expanded its size in 2015 by receiving a new member (company Consolight), it continues to strengthen its position in the Romanian market through the appointment of Mr. Costin Cunesteanu as General Manager of the group.

Mr. Costin Cuneşteanu successively held managerial positions in marketing and sales departments within the lighting division of Philips Romania. Consequently he was involved in both strategical and operational activities of the company.
